A portion of the proceeds from the Lovely Now series will be given to individuals and groups who support the education, empowerment and creative endeavors of women worldwide.



  • The Millrock Writers Collective is a group of writers in the New Paltz, NY area interested in publishing high quality work on a small scale.
  • Steve Lewis, Writer,  author, father, grandfather, freelance writer, workshop leader, speaker and mentor   Steve Lewis is a master wordsmith whose gift for insightful critique and unflagging encouragement is unsurpassed. He is a kind, funny, and truly humble human being. Steve has the amazing ability to give helpful writing advice without interfering with the writer's "voice".
  • Tom Nolan, writer & photographer   An avowed generalist, Tom explored various disciplines including Chemical Engineering, English Literature, Philosophy, Psychology and Secondary Education before receiving a B.A. in Mathematics from Bard. Recently retired from Empire State College, Tom uses his time in his two favorite pursuits, writing and photography.


  • Laurel Massé,  founding member of Grammy award-winning vocal group Manhattan Transfer.  I highly recommend Laurel Massé's CD, "Feather and Bone", an eclectic collection of songs to the Divine Mother in her many and diverse manifestations. Laurel's voice is, all at once, beautiful, haunting, playful, touching and true. Recorded live in the Troy Music Hall, this CD has an energetic quality that is profound.

  • The Mohonk Preserve  in Gardiner, NY is an area of great natural beauty with 6,500 acres of cliffs, forests, fields, ponds and streams. It is where I recorded the stream for the "Deeply Relaxing" CD, and one of the places I go to for replenishment.

  • Unison Arts Center.  A not for profit organization dedicated to enriching cultural life and community in the Mid-Hudson Valley by making high quality arts, performances and educational programs accessible to all.
